project 3: focus with different apertures

This was a pretty forward project where the aim was to ilustrate the differences in dept of field the aperture is responsible for. As part of the exercise i drew with red marker around the edges of the sharp areas. The frames were taken in my living room at night lit under normal savers incandescent light, the white balance was left in auto. The sensitivity increased to 400 iso. and the camera handheld set on aperture priority with popup flash. the lens used was a micro nikkor 105mm 2.8 vr, for a shallow dept of field. The settings for the pictures were:

f/3.2 at 1/60sec

f/11 at 1/60sec

f/36 at 1/60sec
